Review by: T. Mack My wife and I have been going to Henry's for the 17 years we've been together. Although we only get to enjoy it 2-3 times a year, it's ALWAYS a treat for us! Fantastic food, and my wife and I even appreciate their tasty salad bar. Always worth the wait and every penny spent! Fantastic!!!

Review by: Early Bird We've been to the restaurant numerous times to take advantage of their early bird specials. It is the best deal in the Leigh Valley and unbeatable in price and quality of the food.

Review by: Billb I had not been to Henrys in 15 yrs. for no specific reason other than I moved a short distance from the valley. Went back last week and was pleasantly surprised that the food & service was still GREAT! Sat at the bar and enjoyed the company and entertainment of the bartender who served me his specialty drink....dbl benedictine & cognac. Very pleasant experience all the way around.

Review by: sam Coming from new england, i was told when i moved to the area that this place was excellent. When i arrived i was nothing but shocked. The restaurant was dirty. I thought the food was very poor as well... the clams tasted like they were frozen and not fresh. I order a lobster dish and the meat was chewy like a piece of rubber. Thumbs down...

Review by: Valentines Day We we too excited about going to Henry's for Valentines Day Dinner. We choose to go their because it is small and quaint. We havent been their in 2 years and went about once a month. Let me tell you I will never go again. Our reservation was for 7:30 and our waitress had us out the door at 8:35. She came back to the table so much it made us feel rushed and want to leave. We spent 130.00 forget it the pkace is not worth it.When people have a bad expience they tend to tell more people so believe me I will tell everyone. I see the place going out of business soon.

Review by: Manners Mook, that's what Burger King is for! When I spend $200.00 a meal, I will sit AS LONG AS I WANT or I won't pay. They over booked. I expect a 2 hour meal at a place like that, ya think the owner would too!

Review by: The Mook Chased, One Hour and Fourty Minutes and you are being chased! The place isn't that big and us fat people would like to eat too! Go to the bar if you want to chat.

Review by: CHASED Henry's has been raved about for many years, but yet my husband and I had never had the oppurtunity to visit the establishment. So when friends of ours ask us to join them at Henry's for their "Anniversary Dinner", we agreed and thought it would be fun visiting Henry's for the first time with friends.
Our reservation was for 5:30pm and were seated immediatley. Our waitress was very pleasant !!! We ordered appetizers and enjoyed the salad bar, and waited for our entree's. The food was expertly prepared and we were happy with the out come of our evening to this point. Our lovely waitress asked if we would like coffee and dessert and we all agreed since it was a celebration, that would be a great way to end a great meal. It is now 6:50 pm. We received our coffee and desserts and were still sipping on coffee and sharing eachother's desserts when at 7:10pm the "Busser" approached our table and said..."I apologize to interrupt, but our next reservation is here and we need this table.Would you mind leaving." The four of us spent $200.00 that night !!! It was a total embarrassment for our poor friends ,who remember were celebrating "their" Anniversary, who kept apologizing to us , because they chose Henry's!!!! How RUDE and TACKY !!!!!! I am employed where we teach our high school students how to obtain a career in the food service/hospitality fields, believe me, this will be used as a learning tool !!!!!

Review by: Mike From appetizers to main course it is flawless, the food, the staff, everything is wonderful, you feel at home. The new owner is pleasant and cooks great too. Jeff the full time bartender makes your stay at the bar entertaining. If you ever go to Henry's must haves are the shrimp ravioli for appetizer and fruits de mere from the chefs specials section on the menu (pasta in creamy garlic sauce w/shrimp,scallops crab, mushrooms and a tease of lobster on top) or the very affordable stuffed flounder. Anything you decide on is great and lick your chops when your server describes the specials of the day, choosing is difficult. My family has been going here for about 20 years and seems like we are part of the Henry's family and real happy we are. If you love crab stuffing this is one that is impossible to beat!!

Review by: Janice Henry's by far was worth the trip from Philly!! It may be a small place, but it has a huge flavorful array of food!! The lobster, can I say was to die for!! I never had browned butter before, but I was in heaven when I took that first bite!

Review by: Tammi Henry's by far is one of the best fine dining resturants in the Lehigh Valley. The food along with service is incrediable! You are hooked the first time you go and always come back for more! Yes, you should make a reservation, but the wait is worth it!

Review by: David I agree with Jane, that the new owner, Brian, is without a doubt one of the best chefs in the Valley. Not only that, he is a gentleman, and a business owner who is willing to do whatever it takes to make his customers happy. Although the food has always been excellent, Brian has gone the extra mile to make sure that everyone's specific needs are met, and that everyone leaves feeling like their business really counts.

Review by: Jane The restaurant is a fantastic place to eat. The food is always cooked to bliss and the environment is fantastic. Brian Krans, the new owner, is a fabulous chef who handles the pressure of large parties and many dinners while perfecting each meal. Service is quick, and the waitresses are friendly. Smoking in the restaurant is allowed because of the numerous amount of people that like to smoke, but the ventilation in the small quaint place is great allowing an asthmatic person to breathe easily. Reservations are highly recommended because Henry's gets quite busy!

Review by: Mary One of our favorite dining spots. My only complaint is the restaurant is small and does not have a nonsmoking section. I really don't understand why. The restaurant is always packed. I don't see how making it nonsmoking would hurt the restaurant financially.
