Best Indian place in the Lehigh Valley--if you want something more adventurous than the usual Indian buffet. More South Indian fare than most other Indian restaurants, and they often try out new dishes. I've been a regular for the last 18 months, and it's been consistently good the whole time. Sometimes (when the master chef is on duty I'm guessing) the food is outrageously delicious.
