Excellent ribs!!!

This is the best BBQ in the LV! Don't try those chain places. This is real slow-smoked pork with traditional sides like collards, baked beans or smashed taters. The atmosphere is like a nice biker joint, with red/black tiled floor and a U-shaped bar.
