The barbecue was exceptional. Exceptionally bad! The ribs were as tough as an overcooked pork chop, and the brisket was cardboard dry with burnt bits.
I love barbecue, have eaten it all over the country, and will eat most styles enthusiastically. On this meal, I managed to eat one rib and a couple of forks of beef and gave up.
Worse- when I complained, all they gave me was a 15% discount.
This place is disgraceful and should be avoided. Even if they were having a bad night, the manager could have at least come out and addressed the problem.
